Dr. Keon Ahghar’s path into dentistry didn’t start with a business plan—it started with a deep connection to New Mexico and a desire to do meaningful, hands-on work that could truly change people’s lives.
Born and raised in New Mexico, Dr. Keon attended the University of New Mexico, where he was part of the Honors College. From early on, he distinguished himself academically. The year he applied to dental school, he was accepted into more than seven programs nationwide—placing him among the top 1% of applicants in the country.

Dr. Sarah Usher focuses on providing patients with the most comfortable and advanced dental experience possible. She has a keen eye for detail and is most interested in working with patients to achieve the smile they deserve!
Dr. Usher has completed various advanced training programs and numerous continuing education courses over the years. This elite type of training allows Dr Usher to provide the highest quality care for sedation dentistry, surgical dentistry, wisdom teeth removal, implant treatment, sleep apnea and smile designing.
She focuses on completing surgical procedures and other dental treatment with IV Sedation. This approach provides the most effective and relaxing experience for any patient.
With her advanced knowledge and honest approach, Dr. Usher has the ability to provide tailored treatment options for each individual patient.

I have a profound passion for serving others and giving back through my work in dentistry. This commitment is reflected in my annual involvement in dental missions to the Dominican Republic, where I provide essential dental care to underserved communities. In addition to my work in the Dominican Republic, I participate in the Mission of Mercy program. This initiative offers free dental care to individuals in need across various regions, furthering my dedication to improving oral health and access to care for those who might otherwise go without. These experiences are incredibly fulfilling and reinforce my belief in the transformative power of giving back through professional expertise.
Outside of the office, I have a deep passion for traveling, which has taken me to a variety of national parks and countries. I find that these experiences not only rejuvenate me but also provide valuable perspectives and inspirations that enrich my personal and professional life.
In addition to my domestic travels, I had the opportunity to study abroad in Spain. This immersive experience not only enhanced my understanding of Spanish culture and language but also broadened my global perspective.
Southeast New Mexico is home. This is where I was raised and developed my passion for dentistry, it is my greatest pleasure to come home and practice in the community that I love.
